To resolve complaints and to best serve those with a grievance with Chicago Makeup School, the below procedures have been put in place and are required to file:
1) Complaints are to be received in written form only via letter or email. Please make sure it is dated and signed by the person(s) filing the complaint. It should contain detailed information regarding the grievance including: the people involved, the location of the incident, date, time, those present and an in-depth description.
2) The written or emailed complaint are to be given/sent to:

3) If you have not gotten confirmation within 24 hours that the complaint was received, you may call 224 587 5422.
Once submitted, the complaint will be investigated thoroughly and a detailed response, including any decisions and resolutions, will be given in writing by Chicago Makeup School within 8 weeks of the date of the written grievance.
If you feel you have made all attempts to settle the conflict with our school and its not to your liking, a complaint may also be registered with the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE)
