Admissions

To apply to Chicago Makeup School, please fill out the admissions forms below. There are two forms for day and evening classes.

DAY COURSES: 10am-2pm. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

EVENING COURSES: 6pm-10pm. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

We will contact you for the next step of our enrollment process.

To enroll, you must be at least 18 years old. Students under 18 (no younger than 16) need written parental consent to register or a letter from their high school. Proof of identification and age is required.

A high school reading level is also required.
A non-refundable enrollment deposit of $800 is required upon completing this form. The deposit will be deducted from the tuition of $6,000.

Chicago Makeup School does not provide financial aid.

The summer session day and evening courses start June 2nd, 2026.
